*IMPORTANTE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  Your signature on this agreement confirms that you understand and acknowledge the following:

 

1. Ad placement in a sponsorship package excludes front cover or middle spread.

2. Premium placement is limited to 5 areas; inside front (2) inside back (2) and back cover based on date order received.

3. New ads and/or changes to ads from the 2023 program, must be provided in a proper format (see below for format) or a design fee will apply.

4. Website ads must be provided in a proper format (see below for format) or a design fee will apply.

5. If ad design work is necessary, that fee is separate and apart from the fee paid to the church. The designer will contact you directly to discuss any fees for design work. Payment for ad design will be paid directly to the designer.

6. Placement of the ads is up to the discretion of the Brochure Design & Festival Production team. Requests for specific placement will be considered, but compliance is not guaranteed.

7. Festival sponsors are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their print or web ads and agree not to hold Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, its festival Volunteers, or the Brochure Production Team liable in the case of any errors appearing on their ads.

*BROCHURE AD DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:

 

Our designer’s established advertising rates require all ads to be submitted in PDF format, which enables the designer to produce a quality product for our advertisers.

PDF files created by online services like Canva, or by Microsoft products such as Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc., do not usually comply with commercial printing standards and may be rejected.

Please note that printed materials or scans of printed materials are NOT acceptable as ready-to-print artwork and must be professionally rebuilt.

Please submit your print ad in a vector-based, CMYK PDF with all fonts included, at 100% size (no scaling). If raster images are included in the PDF, please make sure that they are 300PPI or larger at actual size. Rasterized black text should be 600PPI or higher.

• Full page 4”x9” ads must include 1/8” bleed all around and important text and images must be at least 0.25” away from the trim edge.

• Ads smaller than full page do not have to include any bleed.

For Website Only ads, if you want to include a link on your ad, please provide one URL you want your web ad to link to. You may also invoke an email link instead of a URL.

If you don’t know what these specifications mean, or if you don’t have the software tools to meet them, or if you can only provide loose materials (hand-written content, typed text, photos, etc.), our designer, Creative Director Nektarios Tradas, can create a proper ad for you for a reduced fee. You may also hire any other professional designer of your choice.

Note:  Payments to the Church are due by July 31, 2024.  If you are using our designer you will receive a separate invoice from the designer for any additional fees and you will pay any design fees directly to the designer.
